At NIKOLA TOY, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached and include your printed return authorization inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our main distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned toy, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
